Refund policy

We are happy to refund or exchange any purchases within 14 working days from delivery. All returns must be sent via courier or registered mail with the original shipping materials and original shipping invoice included. Only unused products in their original condition will be refunded. We will refund the paid amount with the exception of any shipping charges ( shipping and return ) and any duties occurred due to return shipment. We are unable to refund any shipping fees incurred for the return itself.

In order to return a purchase, please contact info@whenobjectswork.com within 14 days of your purchase so we know you will be returning your item.

Please ensure that all goods are clearly marked as Returns. For returns from outside the EU please mark your shipment as ‘Belgian Returned Goods’ on any customs or postal forms and on the box.

Please note: goods that are returned to us in a used or damaged state will be returned to customers at their own cost.
